Our Services

HLS offers a comprehensive range of habitat and forest stand improvement services throughout the United States designed to enhance the health, productivity, and long-term sustainability of your property. Our services include hack-and-squirt treatments, cut stump treatments, foliar herbicide applications, cedar removal, chainsaw and brush saw crews, and pre-commercial thinning.

Our experienced crews are highly trained in tree identification and selection and work under the supervision of a registered forester. We are committed to using low-impact practices that protect soil health and minimize disturbance to sensitive areas while delivering high-quality results.

Tanner Hudson (AL Registered Forester #2436) is the owner of Time Limited Forestry  and Co-owner of Habitat Labor Solutions. He holds a BS in Forestry from Auburn University.

Andrew Loflin (AL Registered Forester #2438) is the owner of Loflin Forest Management and Co-owner of Habitat Labor Solutions. He holds an MNR in Forestry from Auburn University. 

 Habitat Labor Solutions was founded with the goal of managing and providing quality/skilled labor for habitat and forest stand improvement projects. Offering professional services for private landowners who prioritize wildlife habitat, outdoor recreation, and aesthetics. 

Founders Andrew Loflin and Tanner Hudson recognized the growing need for these services and combined their extensive private forest management experience to serve our clients nationwide.
